1. Overview

Sitebe Autofill ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension for health workers who use SITB (Sistem Informasi Tuberkulosis). It records the answers a user enters in a SITB form once, then fills the same answers automatically the next time the same form is opened for another patient. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Extension stores, how it is used, and where it is kept.

The Extension is an independent tool. It is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (Kementerian Kesehatan) or the SITB team.

2. Data the Extension Stores

The Extension stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Recorded answers: the options you select or values you enter in a form while recording is switched on (for example a dropdown choice such as "Paru" or a result such as "TDL"). Dates are stored relative to the current day (for example "today"), not as a fixed date.
• Form structure: the technical names and labels of the form fields (for example "Tanggal Hasil Diagnosis"), used to recognise the same form later. Field values are not part of this.
• Extension settings: whether automatic filling is switched on or off, and the names you give to your recordings.

Only fields that you change yourself during recording are stored. Values that the SITB website loads on its own, such as the patient's name, identity number or other patient details shown on the page, are ignored and not recorded. If you type free text into a field while recording, that text is stored locally as part of the recording, so avoid typing patient-specific information while recording.

To tell which fields you changed yourself, the Extension notices clicks and key presses on SITB pages while recording is switched on. It does not store or send these clicks or key presses, and it does not watch them at all when recording is off.

The Extension does not collect:

• Patient identity data or medical records loaded by the SITB website
• Your SITB username, password or other login credentials
• Browsing history or data from any website other than SITB

3. How Data Is Used

Stored data is used only to fill SITB form fields when you open a form that matches one you recorded. It is not used for any other purpose, including advertising, analytics or profiling.

4. Data Storage and Sharing

• All data is stored locally using Chrome's chrome.storage.local API.
• No data is sent to the developer, to any external server, or to any third party.
• No data is sold or shared with any person or organization.
• You can delete a single recording with the trash button in the Extension popup, delete everything with "Hapus Semua", or remove all data by uninstalling the Extension.

5. Permissions

• storage: saves your recordings and settings locally on your device.
• scripting: when you click "Isi" (fill) or "Info Form" in the popup, runs the fill or form-inspection step in the SITB page and in any SITB frame inside it.
• Host access to *.sitb.id: lets the Extension read and fill SITB form fields. The Extension runs only on SITB pages and has no access to any other website.

6. Children's Privacy

The Extension is designed for healthcare workers and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the new version will be published at the same URL with a new "Last updated" date.
